“Good service, very easy to use, drop off and pick up were a breeze. Bit expensive though - £60 more than a local competitor.”

“Clear concise website, easy to use and instant pricing, clear information on items not acceptable and licensing requirements. Best price by far. Would give excellent score if they provided a delivery time slot.”

“Good communication and needed a few days extension and very happy that was offered,but the lkw driver when lift up the skip, scratched my pavement and i did make him aware before lifting it up but he had no attention to it.”

“It would have been useful to have had a delivery time for the skip. Waited in all day; arrival was 5.30pm. drivers were good , and everything else was acceptable”

“Delivery and collection exactly as per my order so top marks for that. Unfortunately the delivery man dropped the skip with the gate facing the exact opposite direction to which I'd be approaching it, which was a bit daft and created extra work.”
