Just bought a rolex explorer 2 polar from them. The watch is great but did not return all the links to you. The bracelet supposed to fit 7.5 inches wrist. After their adjustment. The total length did not add up to 19cm. At least 2 links were missing . Honesty is important in on line business. Where is your integrity but greed.

I sold two watches to this company. Direct sale, under bid, on my watches. Web site shows in writing once you accept their offer to buy your watch(s), payment will be wired to your bank account in 3-5 Business days. As of November 13, it has been over 10 Business days and NO PAYMENT, JUST EXCUSES, RUN AROUNDS. AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS JUST " ANY DAY NOW SIR". WATCHFINDER SHOWS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. SINCERELY, NO MONEY HONEY

Sent my watch for sale. The quote was not provided in the promised in the given time and then several emails requesting an update were ignored. Because of this I decided to have my watch returned to me and again emails were constantly ignored, promised call backs never made and despite me confirming a change of a dress multiple times by phone and email they still returned the watch to the wrong address, and when I contacted them to sort it out they again did not call me back. My watch was also returned in filthy condition with some kind of dirt residue on it that was not there when I dropped it off (it was inspected in the shop when I dropped it off) and the box was scratched. Appalled.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. AZIENDA DA EVITARE! Acquistato OROLOGIO in oro giugno 2020. Pubblicizzato con scatola e garanzia. Orologio arrivato SENZA GARANZIA E SENZA UNA MAGLIA. EZPERIENZA PESSIMA. STARE ALLA LARGA!

The owner himself was a complete jerk. No wonder the place has terrible reviews. When the leader is lacking basic customer service skills what can you expect from the staff. Stay away from these people... high prices, rude and above all they have no clue how to buy and sell at fake prices.

Don't buy from this company, they cut corners and are not to be trusted. Prices are high, staff servicing is questionable and they run a campaign of fake reviews on trust pilot.

Sell your watch privately or if your desperate take to a pawn shop, you will get a better price than what these will give you!!

Watchfinder are selling a slightly older version of my Omega for £4799 yet they offered me £1250 for mine! Wow! Absolute greed at it's worst. My watch is 2 year old, been on my wrist probably 5 times. Condition wise you won't find a better one. You'd have to be really desperate to consider selling your watch to this greedy lot

Emailed watchfinder to sell my bell & ross. Sent pictures of the watch and warranty card. Watch cost £2850 about 5 months ago but doesn't get much wrist time. Was going to part exchange for an oris diver for £1250. Got an email saying they would offer £1100 to £1300 for a watch that isn't even 6 months old. So basically we will give you a £1250 watch for a watch worth over £2500. Sellers beware. I am totally disgusted at this.

Watchfinder advertised on tv that they BUY WATCHERS. I attempted to sell them a real good 1st class rokex and they wouldn't offer a price. I believe the advert was misled and they only wanted to sell watchers. I sold my watch to another dealer for a good price and they recently sold it and made £150 profit on it. Well that's watchfinder out of pocket and I wont attempt to sell them another. Complete rubbish company

The first watch I picked over the internet they said they would hold for me as I was going to London for bit of shopping I booked flights and a day before I go they told me they have sold it ,so I pick another watch and head over after agreeing a price ,when I get there they then tell me the price has went up on the watch by £250 for no reason the sales guy mat who was very helpful was really embarrassed as he was taking instructions from the manager Megan rowley Coates ,who has not got a clue on customer service even when I said for them to do something for me as a gesture she flatly said no not even £50 ,I think watch finder need to review their manager because the lost a sale and future customer Over a couple of pound either this manager has some sort of move going on or its company policy to mislead ....

Had a 2 month old watch to sell, the offered £1100 to £1200 subject to inspection. When I sent the watch they said that they had revised the estimate to £1000 max but could not say why. The watch was 2 months old and unworn. I was selling it as on reflection it looked too small on my wrist so there was no justification ie damage or marks etc. A company who are dishonourable and get you to send your watch then chip the values thinking we will just except it as it is only a few £100!

Tried to part exchange my Raymond weil watch for a Omega, sent details including photos serial numbers etc details off identity card but was told that could not give a valuation as not enough information supplied, reading reviews it sounds like I've had a lucky escape!

Genuine enquirer regarding a watch iv desired for quite some time. I’d left a message for them to get back to me they didn’t......now the watch has gone. Not only had I added the watch to the find for me list they never told me they had it I found the watch through a general random look through their site.....not great at all. The pictures provided where from early sunday morning.....gutted

I purchased a watch from Watchfinder four years ago. Still have it and absolutely fine and happy with it and the service received so much so I decided to purchase another. Within 48 hours of purchase a tiny dent was noticed on the bezel. Took it back and was told there was nothing they could do. It had been there when I purchased it and that was it. I could either get a credit note or exchange for another watch. I could not have a refund (did not necessarily want one as I loved the watch). The point I was trying to make to them (unsuccessfully) was that they should have mentioned the dent. When I went back within 48 hours I was told that it was mentioned on the service papers (then why was it not mentioned to me). Apparently the dent could also been seen on the website photo. I did point out that I had not seen it on their website only in the shop. In the shop (on purchase) I was told that if I was not happy with it, I could have a refund within 14 days. However, they failed to add the words "but once you have taken it out of the shop you will only get a credit note or exchange". Customer Service left a rather bad taste in my mouth so will I use them again (no) will I recommend them (no).

Woeful Customer Service - Bought an IWC Portofino in store and was told I couldn't take it away because it needs to go to the repairer as the date doesn't work! No apology, total waste of my time.
