“Can't honestly leave a five-star review as the watch strap went missing in the post and so this wasn't a perfect transaction. On the other hand, when I contacted WSS customer service to say it hadn't arrived I got a reply within a couple of days saying they were looking into it – and a week later a replacement arrived. Can't say fairer than that, especially as they were helpful about it at every stage. As for the watch strap, which I've just fitted, it is exactly as described on the website and feels like good quality. I'd buy from them again”

“I was looking for a strap for my late father's gold watch. I didn't want the cheapest of the cheap and I couldn't afford some of the straps that were on offer elsewhere. Thanks to Watch Strap Style, I now have a beautiful, comfortable strap that enhances the watch no end, which, incidentally, arrived the very next day and I will be using this company when my other premium straps require replacing.”
