DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY USELESS RUDE ON THE PHONE DRIVING AROUND MANCHESTER AIRPORT FOR OVER 20 MINUTES RANG THE IDIOTS ANOTHER 45/50 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARRIVED TO TAKE MY CAR IF WE WERE LATE WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT I BELIEVE 2 BLOKES RUN THIS COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR CAR OFF SITE ON RETURN CAR DRIVEN BACK TO LEVEL 3 OUTSIDE LIFTS WAS GIVEN TOKEN AND TOLD TO DRIVE DOWN THE TO EXIT BARREIERS INSERT COIN ETC NO WAY WOULD NOT WORK I HAD TO PARK THE CAR NEAR BARRIERS LEAVE MY WOFE ON OWN AND WALK BACK TO AIRPORT TO PAY IN MACHINE INSIDE I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS NEVER AGAIN COST ME £95 SO WAS NOT CHEAP

AVOID - Arrived home to damage to my vehicle. Because it was very late at night, we decided to head home and resolve the matter in the morning.They REFUSE CCTV evidence and REFUSE TO GIVE INSURANCE DETAILS.. So this proves that they are GUILTY. Someone damaged my car and now they refuse any responsibly!!! I will be taking this matter further. And the way they speak to people.....disgusting!!!! VILE, DISHONEST, RIP OFFS. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. Not happy.

Do not use this company. We waited 1 hour for our car to be picked up which resulted in us running for our plane! Customer service was appalling when I was ringing to see where they were. Have complained via the website and still not heard anything. Shocking service and don’t even deserve a 1 star rating!

Avoid this company at all costs.. customer service is appalling! Staff couldn’t care less and extremely rude. We waited 1 hour 50 minutes for our car to be delivered. Car was absolutely filthy, looked like it had been parked in a muddy field, it was caked in mud. They only had it for 2 days! Do not use this company, you have been warned

Never ever use this firm of lawless scoundrels! They were late to pick up the car. No ID shown and the guy looked like a gangster. I felt really uneasy handing over my jaguar to him. I took a photo of my odometer and when we returned from holiday in the early hours I noticed that my car had done 135 miles! Where on earth had it been? Was it involved in crime? Will I received tickets for speeding or parking? I am utterly gutted that my car has effectively been stolen! I plan to report this to the police today. Please pay more and use a proper firm as I will always do

Absolute joke, 15-20 minutes means 55 minutes. Staff that lie to you. Will never use again and advise everyone to avoid

DO NOT USE . On the day of travel they cancelled my booking 1 hour before I left for the airport saying they could not obtain the correct car Insurance sorry it’s a meet and greet service. Not received a refund and had to pay for parking at Manchester which cost me £120 so out of pocket £157 not happy..... Also won’t take my calls!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Returned to Heathrow to find out my car had been clamped outside one of its drivers houses in Hayes (a sub contracted company) by a debt collector. Took a number of hours waiting for the debt collector to come and unclamp my car, damaged the wheel removing clamp. Still no action to repair the damage.

I have to say that I would never use this company ever again. The customer service was atrocious. My meet and greet at Manchester Airport was subcontracted to another firm called Airport Services Manchester and was left waiting for an hour until my vehicle was collected. The gentleman who eventually collected my vehicle was in a 'hoody' and felt very uneasy giving him my keys. I was almost late for my flight and was stressed when I got my flight. (Not the service of a meet and greet) On my return I again had to wait for 50 minutes to receive my car (again not the service I expect from a meet and greet) I complained to We deal Meet and Greet who replied and said they were waiting for an answer from the 3rd party company. 2 months later after various emails I have heard nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....its easier and faster using the Jet Parks parking, at least their buses pass ever 5 minutes.

I have never used a ruder unprofessional set of people. We Deal Meet and Greet take your money and then pass you out to a bunch of amateurs. Think the company is Aspire meet and greet. After god knows how many phone calls and excuses it took them 1hr and 50minutes to get our car back. One couple waiting with us got their car back after 2hrs and 15 mins and it had a dent in the back. Another couple waiting,and were still waiting when we left, were told they would have to look for their car!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Hello. I am writing to you to raise a claim of damage to my company car by your company. On receiving my vehicle back after a 50 minute delay( the person did not even know which terminal i was returning to) i checked it over. I found that the bumper on the front nearside had been scraped see the attached pictures). This was not the case when your driver took ownership of the keys as we checked it and also i know it was not there as i cleaned the car the previous day. I also have a number of questions regarding the car whilst it was under your control. 1) as your car park is 0.3 miles away from the airport then why when i noted the trip reading on handing the car over the last 2 digits were 20 miles. On receiving the car back it read 43 miles and the low fuel light was also on. Even with the explanation of your driver who said the car park was 3 miles away(this agreed with the trip on the navigation information ) not 0.3 miles as in your website information. Even tho there is a difference between 6 miles and 23 miles. Please explain. 2) I did not give any permission for the in car camera to be disconnected by your company as this is there for a reason. Maybe this has something to do with item 1 so the journey the could not be recorded.Can you explain why this was tampered with? 3) Why did it take 50 minutes to return my car ?. the flight was already 35 minutes delayed landing the person who answered the phone after asking me for my details then did not know which terminal i was at and said it would be 20 to 30 minutes to deliver the car(from 0.3 miles away?). I gave him 30 mins still no car so rang again he said the driver should be with me. after 40 mins i rang again no answer even after a number of tries. A copy of this email is copied to my companies HR department also.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY They stole my money, didn't send details for contacting the driver to meet and pick my car up at Manchester Airport , Lied about everything when I requested refund

Called "meet and greet" 15 minutes from the airport as requested to be told that there would be no meet and greet for 3 days and that we were to make alternative arrangements the chap that answered the phone informed me that I should have received an email.......I didn't recieve any email. With only 1 & 1/2 hours before the flight and 14 days parking required I tried to book alternative parking but couldnt get any. The long term parking was full so I was forced to leave my car in the Hilton car park at £12.50 per day......total £175!! This is after paying £71 to meet and greet. I have called them.....no answer. I have emailed twice....no response. I wouldn't park my car with these arseholes if they were the last airport parking company on earth and they offered to do it for free. Please avoid them.
