Shocking, this is not meet and great. You get a message on the day saying please make your way to carpark 6 level 5, no directions given. When you get there you park and have to hunt down the guy who takes your keys. Only to be told you now have to pay 6 quid so they can take the car out of the car park. When we return they bring it back to the carpark and you have to pay again to exit. Do not use they are diabolical.

We booked a meet and greet parking at Gatwick on Tue 2nd Jan 24. We rang the company half an hour before we arrived as they asked so they could meet us. We arrived at 6:30am and there was no one there. We telephoned the 2 numbers we had and it took over 10 tries to get hold of them. We eventually did and they said they would be half an hour. They eventually arrived at 7:15am. The man who came to pick the car up was rude and dismissive and didn’t care they were so late. (It says on their email if we were late they would charge £15). After a lovely holiday we arrived back at 8am and as asked in their email we rang (took over 15 times to get through) they told us where to go once we had our cases. We arrived at the meeting point at 8:50pm. We rang the number again to ask where the car was and I was rudely told to wait and it would be delivered and they were short of drivers. We again waited for 15 minutes and rang again (30 times without them answering) when they eventually answered they said another half an hour! As we were waiting we met 6 families who were also waiting for their cars from the same company. The times they had been waiting were between 1-3 hours! Every time we rang we were cut off or they didn’t answer. We rang the police as there were 6 cars which no one knew where they were. They said it was a civil matter and to report to trading standards but they had 3 phone calls on that day alone. At 9:15 I sent my daughter and daughter in law home in an Uber as they had children waiting at home for them. That cost £50 which I shouldn’t have to do. At 10pm I got a phone call from the company to say they were 5 minutes away and to meet on the lower level, I said I was on level four with 6 other families and to meet us there as that’s where we were told. He said no I am not dealing with the other families so meet there or nothing. I went and met him and I asked why has it taken so long etc , he was rude, don’t blame me, you have your car so… another lady came with me and asked him where her car was he shrugged and said not his problem. We asked where they stored there cars and he said I can’t tell you that. So 2 hours after we landed we got the car but 5 other families hadn’t and 3 of those had children and had been waiting 3 hours.

This is the worst airport parking I have ever had. Very late in drop off and pickup. They also stole my child’s car seat. I rang to complain and head laughed at and the hung up on. I can understand not leaving money or valuables but a car seat is compulsory totally unacceptable. The police have been informed

Avoid at all costs. Wish I read reviews before. Turn up 1h45 late. Whole point of this is to make my life easier and more convenient. Landed at 11pm. 2 young kids under 3, and waiting so long for my car. When they delivered it. Could not find anyone for handover. Turns out he left the car unattended, left and left my car key on top of one of my tyres, so anyone who saw could have easily stolen it. Shambles of a company. Did not even reply to my official complaint.

My flight was cancelled due to storm Dennis and I had to fly from a different airport. I cancelled my M&G as soon as I could and requested a refund or credit but have heard nothing

The service I booked wasn’t meet and greet and I had to cancel it when I realised that on the way to the airport. The company refused to refund me because I didn’t follow procedure while trying to book another service and catch my flight with two kids! Horrible experience.

Tricky company, even name is misleading!! They refused to refund me as I had requested a meet and greet service and when I noticed it was a drop off service and I would miss my flight if I had derived to them I cancelled, but they would not consider this into account, so I lost whole my money :(. AVOID!!

Not there despite call over 30 mins ahead. Waited a long time in Bay R and eventually had to leave the car. I had to pay £3 extra which was wrong. Waited 30 mins on return which was acceptable.

Rating as poor as we had a real ordeal when dropping our car off, thankfully it was the night before our flight. Collection of the car was a much smoother experience.

Appalling! A 45 minutes wait when we delivered car. Over 45 minute wait when we got back. Very poor service and driver extremely impolite, although as far as I could see she was the only driver so she was worked off her feet. On my return I arrived at airport and collected luggage and rang them. They said 10 minutes. I walked to car park. I waited 10 minutes and then saw the girl who had collected my car the previous week. I said I had been waiting ten minutes. She said the car was coming. Half an hour later I rang the ‘office’ - someone’s private house as a baby was screaming in the background. They said ‘traffic’ : it was a Sunday. I questioned the taxi drivers and they said no traffic. Then I waited another ten minutes and who should be driving the car? The girl I had seen in the car park and to whom I had spoken after initially waiting 10 minutes. She shoved the keys in my hand and muttered under her breath. Never again and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service from start to finish. Wasn’t a meet and greet as I know it. The reason I got this is because I had my 89 year old grandfather with me who can not walk far. It ended up being more hassle than it was worth. On arrival, instructions said to call When 30 minutes away, I did, foreign lady said to just call for directions when 10 minutes away. So I then did that, We were directed to the orange car park which was getting further and further away from the entrance, pulling up, no one greeted us, we waited 10 minutes, baring in mind we had called her twice to tell her our arrival. After another phone call to see what is going on, a woman was slowly walking down the path towards us, in no hurry, having a coffee, she approached us and asked for our booking print out. No sorry for the wait no nothing, we even had to ask for more directions to get into the airport as she wasn’t even going to politely guide us in the right direction without being prompted by us to do so! I also had to give her £8, in which she had no change of my £10 so said she would leave the change in the car for arrival. We had no time to waste, my grandfather walks very slow so we had to get a move on. Holiday was fabulous no problems from start to finish (other than meet and greet) Upon return, meet and greet require you to call whilst collecting baggage. This is what I did, I was told there would be a wait. Again, this is just not great service for a meet and greet service. I asked why the wait, he said the cars were frozen, I asked him to start unfreezing ASAP and we can meet him outside in 10-15. The gentleman then said there was a few more pick ups before us. It just wasn’t good enough, then we were directed to another long walk to where he would be. He wasn’t there and we were stood in the cold for 15 minutes at 10pm at night. The gentleman when he turned was actually really friendly and nice, apologetic and then advised us we had another £4 to pay to get out. I asked why I paid £8 to the lady, and apparently it’s a different charge, surprise surprise, the £2 change from the lady with the coffee was nowhere to be seen, even her colleague couldn’t understand what she had done with our change. He kindly gave me the £4 as a kind gesture, and obviously cover the tracks of the foreign lady staff member who had kept my change in the first place. All in all, I wouldn’t use this company again, it isn’t meet and greet, it’s more, money and runey! They take your money and mess you around for the privilege. Opposite to stress free- avoid this service.

Drop off was fine, pick up was well below par car was not there to meet me so no need and no greet. The driver finally turned up he then tells me i have to pay £2 to get out of the carpark, something you don't need when returning on a late flight. Just add to the overall charge and get your drivers to get the ticket so your customers get in the car and drive off, as my daughter did using your competitors, for the same price, so 1at and last time not quite meet and greet as advertised.

Rang contact number on the morning as requested but no one answered after 20 calls!! Arrived at airport in hope but no one there to meet us. Had to purchase parking with different company at inflated price as had no choice. No response from company for 6 days and only did once I had chased them. Terrible terrible service and refused to compensate. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Mr Russell, Thank you for leaving the review, We Deal Meet and Greet is a comparison website, who do not handle any cars on any Airport, the company who was suppose to pick up your vehicle it was there mistake which they apologise you for that, We have also issued you the full refund before you left this review. To resolve any complaints the standard procedure is 5-7 working days for a company to reply back which we did. However, we did offer you a 15% discount on your future booking with us as a compensation which you have refused. Our BMW SUV was returned to us on the 17/11 with a graze on the front off-side bumper which was definitely not there on drop-off. Parking Box are completely denying all responsiblity - there's a surprise! The matter is now in solicitors' hands.

Dear Customer, We have investigated with the (Parking Box) and they have mentioned that the damage was pre existed and they have the vehicle pictures which they took at the Airport. The company also mentioned that they have emailed you back and have not receiving any response back from your self. Please contact them back to resolve the matter. The whole company is a joke. They somehow scratched the hood and pillar of my car. Then they parked it somewhere under a tree so in two weeks it was covered in sludge and buds. It was their strategy to cover the damage. Upon the pic up their response was: 'we could not do it'! So unless it is seriously damaged, light bumps and scratches considered minor and not a problem at all. I have contacted the customer service several times and their usual reply was 'we are investigating the case'. 10 days, then another 10, and so on... with the hope that you will give up and forget. Expenses for the repair to be recovered through the court. This does tell a lot about the company. What Meet & Greet says is "we are just booking agents". Likewise, the actual provider 24/7 said that they do not deal with any cases and you must contact M&G to resolve any issues.
