“Shame we had to pay extra when we got to the airport for the drivers ticket out. This should be included in the price. We didn’t know about this before we left so very disappointed 😞”

“there were little issues with drop offs. waited 40 minutes. also when returning the car. you have it written when you return to England, when landing you need to call back then I did. you brought the car 1:20 faster and left the car key. I don't think it's right. also the parking fee you would have to pay back. you are indicated that we do not pay extra for parking. in general the car received. not sure what I will continue to use your services.”

“On the day of leaving the car,I found that the printed information was not the same as the telephone advice given to me just bfore we arrived. On the day of collection we hd to wait for nearly an hour to rceie the vehicle.”

“Drop off was fine although I had to wait short time for agent to collect car I phone earlier than requested but had to wait an hour for my car which I considered rather long as it was not a busy time for traffic etc”

“The drop off went well. The pick up was a little slow. We waited for 30mins as opposed to the 15-20 promised. After a 2nd follow up phone call, the operator said they had initially sent the wrong car. All was well in the end and the handback of the car was quick. For the money, I'd recommend this as a service.”

“Was not informed until we arrived that we needed to give the driver £4 for the barrier also meant same on return £4.50 could only be paid by card If we’d known this beforehand it would have been more cost effective to book elsewhere. Also we had a 20 minute wait while other meet & greets have had our vehicle there waiting for us”

“Pick up and delivery was good, however according to the black box fitted to my car the driver exceeded the speed limit by 37 mph. Not good for my insurance renewal!”

“We had quite a long wait for our car to be collected before flying and to be delivered on our return. Probably about 20 minutes on both occasions. Otherwise, no complaints!”

“The service was very quick which was good , but , what your not told is you have to pay £4.50 on departure and again on arrival to be met in the drop off zone. My car came back with muddy splashes down the sides and a very muddy drivers foot mat. Also my dashcam had been disconnected and my trip meter reset , which seems a bit suss. ?”
