It's been 5 days and still have not shipped my order I ordered a lever for my son's bike for Christmas I hope it makes it here on time.

8/31/16 Still not happy. I looked in my Spam folder, and there were no e-mails about the delayed shipment. On the phone Monday, you said that the bike would go out on Tuesday (?). It has not. I've not received an e-mail regarding its shipment as of this morning. (Wednesday). I have received a lot of communication regarding my review. To change the review. It seems you are very concerned about this issue, not because of really satisfying me the customer, but because I've given you a negative review. I do not want to cancel my order because I've invested a lot of time and energy trying to resolve this. Please communicate with me via regular e-mail. If you know that your alerts etc. go into spam, then you need to send regular e-mails. I buy other things on line, and order conformations, tracking and shipment information get to me just fine. Perhaps you should contact them to see what strategies they use. Please send the balance bike to my granddaughter as soon as is possible. Notify me of tracking information via regular e-mail or by phone (507-645-4998). Olivia Frey I'm not happy. I ordered a balance bike for my granddaughter at the beginning of the month (August). WeeBike Shop said it was back-ordered, but new shipments would arrive mid-August. It is now August 29, and no bike is being shipped, I have heard nothing from WeeBikeShop. I wanted this bike to arrive for my granddaughter's birthday (Aug. 31), but nothing. Nothing. No update, nothing.

A "regular email" was sent to you yesterday from my personal inbox with tracking info and from our website with same tracking information. Your order was expedited to USPS Priority Mail and should arrive before the weekend. It was among the first 5 pre-order bikes to be shipped, out of hundreds. We do not control how your personal email system performs, so please remove your comments about lack of communication, we have several attempts to communicate which can be proven. Please also send us an email @ questions@weebikeshop.com so that we can verify that we even have your correct email address.
