This shop is as advertised. They had the balance bike that suited my grandson, shipped it a few days after I ordered it and were very communicative.

The balance bike is of very good quality and easy to put together. It shipped out right away and arrived in only a few days. I would have preferred if the cost of shipping had been included, as other sellers do. And only the less popular colors were in stock. But we are happy with the bike, although the cost was a little too high.

The bike is great and was shipped very quickly. My only slight complaint is that the rear wheel and brake were assembled before shipping, but the wheel wasn't on straight and the brake wasn't adjusted right (significant friction with the wheel). Not a big deal to redo it, but feels like it could just have been shipped as-is from the manufacturer if it's not assembled right.

Thanks to Ivan for steering me from the scooter I wanted (Yedoo Dragstr) to one I like even more (Yedoo Trexx). It took some telephone-tag, but finally worth the time. The package came before the promised date, packed like a newborn. Assembly/setup was simple for me. The bike is beautiful and my first two mile scoot workout was a joy despite dramatically varied pavements in my very old, rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. My only issue is with the choice of FedEx as a carrier. I was two floors away from the front porch all day, with the front door open. I have always had a working doorbell. But past experience has taught me to keep tabs on FedEx, these days through the Web portal. Otherwise I would not have known the package had been on my porch for two hours. In 47 years, I have never had a porch theft, but still.

My parents bought a Yedoo TooToo for my son and he is now a biking phenom. After a year and a half of use, however, the front wheel is frequently falling off and the back tire and inner tube are completely worn through and require replacement. I love the light weight of the bike, the high quality brake, the adjustable seat, and it's cute to look at. I think the quality is probably very high, but in the hands of an aggressive rider, it has worn out.

Thanks for the review. If your front wheel is falling off, that is a matter of tightening the axle nuts with sufficient force. Any bike's wheel will come off if the nuts are not forcefully tightened. If the rear tire/tube is worn thru, we have free replacements for all TooToo original customers. All you pay is shipping which is usually around $5. If the bike's user is in the habit of skidding the rear tire using the brakes, this will accelerate the wear and tear on the tire. This is also normal.

The balance bike arrived on time and I assembled it right away. The brakes pads rubbed slightly on the back rim so I had to adjust the brake cable to free the pads for a good roll. I ordered the quick release clamp but found it did not fit well with the seat in the lowest setting. I replaced this clamp with the original hex key operated clamp. The hex key makes an easy adjustment for the seat, brake lever and handle bars. Another provided wrench handles the wheel nuts. I will switch to the quick release clamp when my granddaughter gets a little bigger. Overall good experience with two minor issues.

The bikes were shipped easily and in good condition. I do wish it were clearer that the upgraded seat adjustment piece was just for color. I thought that the upgrade made it easier to use, but it's simply a color, that doesn't even really match the bike color...

Hi Anonymous, We appreciate your feedback, thank you. There seems to be a misunderstanding about the premium seat clamp. It is in fact far superior to the standard clamp provided with the bike. The cam is shaped differently, making clamping more easy and successful. The clamp arm is longer providing more leverage. It is also anodized in special colors instead of painted black. We propose mailing you a standard black clamp for comparison- we are certain you would not use it after seeing the two side by side. We will also send you a refund for the premium clamp, keep it as our gift. Thanks for including us in your buying decision and thanks again for the feedback.

The Ridgeback Scoot was the perfect bike for my soon to be 4 yr old! My only complaint, and the reason it's 4 stars rather than 5, is the "processing time." The website said 24-48 hours, which was fine. But after purchasing the bike early Thursday morning, the bike was still processing Monday morning. I feel that this is a ridiculous amount of time to process a single item.

Hi Mary, So glad to hear the bike is a success. We should make a clarification about the processing time for our orders: Every single one of our bikes is removed from it's carton and bench prepped by a bike technician before shipment. There is always a queue of bikes lined up for this treatment and the reason we do not ship bikes immediately or same day is to account for the time it takes to make sure every bike is free of defects, that the tires are inflated, the rear wheels are trued and the brake set is tuned and adjusted for good performance right out of the box. We also insert some documents and a moist hand wipe for our customers to use during and after assembly. All of this takes about 10-15 minutes per bike, and this is why bikes usually do not ship on the same day. Depending upon volume, it can take up to two business days. In your case, the order was received on a Thursday and the bike was dispatched two business days later. If it was as simple as putting a shipping label on an unopened, uninspected, untuned bike, it would be easy to ship all orders the same day they are received, but this is no the case at WeeBikeShop. We try to over-perform on the front end so that your experience with the bike is as successful as possible. Thank you for the feedback.

I bought a bicycle helmet for our 2 yr. old grandson's birthday. His parents bought him a nice tricycle and once he opened that, he had his mom quickly put the helmet on and he attempted his first ride. Very cute and he really liked that car and bright colors on his helmet. Thankful that it fit!
