You ask for an MPAN and I don’t see one on my bill. Unfortunately the box which says ‘...something like this’ on the request e-mail only contains a question mark...

Hey Charles, Sorry for any confusion this may have caused you, this isn’t the service we wanted you to have. Your MPAN number should be twenty-one digits and begin with an S like this: S 01 234 567 21 891 123 456 789, you can find it in a grid box on your electricity bill. If it’s not on your bill for any reason, you would need to give your energy supplier a call. If you could reply to my personal message with more information, such as your email address and which web browser you were using and print screen's of the problem, that would be much appreciated. I would like to look into this further for you, so if you could send the information to James@weflip.com or give me a call on 0800 470 4700, I will be happy to help. Thanks, James.

The only problem with our trying to use WE Flip, was that on the first occasion that we tried, your web site would not accept our passwords even after 4 attempts (they were set in accordance with your printed instructions).We tried again, a few days later and it was ok.
