You made me happy by saving me money, But you did not give me any details on how to go to Avro energy?

Hey, Thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that we have found you a deal with Avro Energy that saves you money. You don’t have to do a thing. We handle the switching of suppliers for you. Only thing you need to do is pay your supplier and provide meter readings. I hope this clears up any concerns you may have had. See you on the flip side!

I would like to dip back to British Gas. They offered additional assistance to older customers like me b Thank you help but I think I need to feel secure and have continuity

I know it's a pretty much automated system, and I can stop flipping from occurring, but I'm happy to be flipped for a better price, but not if it flips me onto a completely unacceptable service provider such as "tonik". I had simply the worst customer service experience with them and have been forced to get a manual flip away from them ASAP. Another point is that as a result, I'm now left with remaining balances to pay for two providers in a short period of time... What have you got to say about your customer's experience with their new service providers?

All of our suppliers on our panel go through a due diligence check, before going onto our panel. Unfortunately we can't control how suppliers provide customer service, but we can step in and help you out as much as we can. Not impressed. My price plan ran out without weflip arranging a new one in-spite of me giving them notice of it running out. This left me with no option but to go onto emergency standard tariff for three weeks at my expense. Not really doing their job which is to save me money not cost me more. Complaints got no where.

I am not very happy that you flipped me to Tonik without asking me first, I would like to know in plenty of time so I can make a YES or NO decision before you you switch me I now don't know who my supplier is can you please let me know ????

We would have emailed you on the day that the new switch had been created, letting you know the new deal. Well ... on the quote it stated I would make a £340.00 saving a year by flipping! But upon flipping; I only saved £120.00 pa I was left rather disappointed!!

I was most surprised to have a new supplier contact me before I had even had the opportunity of reviewing the flip and agreed to such a flip. It is most important that you do not flip until I have agreed!

Hey Brian, Thanks for your feedback. We understand where you’re coming from. However the way we work, is we automatically flip you when we find you a better deal. We understand this may not be everyone’s cup of tea but we want to make flipping as effortless as possible. We also give our customers a 14 day cooling off period, so you can cancel any auto flip and the ball is always in your court. See you on the flip side!

Too early to review only switched today! I would say however that your first mistake is that my present tariff is July 2020 not 2019 and I am wondering if this mistake affects my saving?

Quick service by weflip but appalling service from Eversmart Engergy - ended up cancelling contract. Advise customers to always read customer reviews on new energy supplier first!!

Even using a site like this I still encountered problems with switching as one company doesn't communicate with the other. Starting to find this a constant complication, frustrating and time consuming

Switch went very well. But 3 months later they switched my account again without telling me. This could of cost me a lot of money in penalties. Thank god I noticed this myself. Would I recommend them. Yes and no ?!!!

If we find you a deal that is better than the one you are currently on, we automatically flip you onto that deal. You do get notified through email.
