“It's not often you come across a service that makes you feel that there are decent and fair, professional people still out there to look after you when you need work doing. My very old MacBook Pro died just after loading the only copy of my wedding photos on to it. Abraham was very professional, was confident it was something he could recover, and the price estimates he gave were the best. He answered his phone, he answered his email, more than any of the other so called fast Mac repair services I tried to contact. He arranged an alternative drop off point to make things easier for me out of hours and true to his word everything went smoothly. He knows about Macs and suggested that the MacBook Pro would benefit from an upgrade and quoted me a very keen price to bring the speed and performance of the Mac up to today's standard. The work was completed promptly and I'm happy to say the wedding photos were recovered, the Mac is being donated to a very grateful University student who's computer is on it's last legs, so We Hire Mac have saved my marriage and also helped another in need of a stable working computer. I cannot recommend We Hire Mac highly enough. There are many Mac repairers that look good on the internet, but can you call them and speak directly to them?, did you fill in an enquiry form and are still waiting for anything other than an automated reply saying they will be in touch? Well I tried several, all the same story, not professional, not really trusting for me. I will be using We Hire Mac, to revive another Mac I have that can be used by someone instead of gathering dust, and I am eternally grateful to Abraham for handling my rather delicate situation with ease and the reassuring way he managed to fix my sick computer. Easily the best Mac repairers I have ever come across.”

“Urgent battery repair or replacement needed for MacBook Pro, before university term begins. Polite, efficient, friendly and helpful response, replacement done in a half hour by appointment 'while I wait' first thing in the morning. I have had loyal service from Abraham Raskin for my computer, my family's computers, and my professional colleagues' computers for about 25 years.”

“My Mac met with the dreaded liquid spill and would not switch on. The team at We Hire Mac explained the possible outcomes and what the options were. My laptop was promptly collected from my house and they were in constant communication with me. To cut a long story short, my Mac was returned in three working days in perfect running order. Would not hessitate to reccommend.”

“Fantastic service! Abraham saved my Christmas by rescuing my computer from water spillage that damaged my hard drive & battery. He showed immense consideration for my tight budget as well as tight schedule (I desperately needed my computer to work over the Christmas break) and in just four days he manage to order and reinstall all the parts. Huge thank you from me, I couldn't recommend We Hire Mac highly enough!”

“My iMac has been repaired and it’s finally back to life. Price is ok, I guess. They didn’t shine for the service: because of some confusion, the computer wasn’t ready even if they told me to collect it (quite long trip from my place). Overall, not impressed, but my iMac works now.”
