“Urgent battery repair or replacement needed for MacBook Pro, before university term begins. Polite, efficient, friendly and helpful response, replacement done in a half hour by appointment 'while I wait' first thing in the morning. I have had loyal service from Abraham Raskin for my computer, my family's computers, and my professional colleagues' computers for about 25 years.”

“My Mac met with the dreaded liquid spill and would not switch on. The team at We Hire Mac explained the possible outcomes and what the options were. My laptop was promptly collected from my house and they were in constant communication with me. To cut a long story short, my Mac was returned in three working days in perfect running order. Would not hessitate to reccommend.”

“Fantastic service! Abraham saved my Christmas by rescuing my computer from water spillage that damaged my hard drive & battery. He showed immense consideration for my tight budget as well as tight schedule (I desperately needed my computer to work over the Christmas break) and in just four days he manage to order and reinstall all the parts. Huge thank you from me, I couldn't recommend We Hire Mac highly enough!”

“My iMac has been repaired and it’s finally back to life. Price is ok, I guess. They didn’t shine for the service: because of some confusion, the computer wasn’t ready even if they told me to collect it (quite long trip from my place). Overall, not impressed, but my iMac works now.”

“Having given up hope troubleshooting myself, and dreading having to go into an Apple store - Abraham’s service saved the day. He’s a very experienced Apple user and would trust his knowledge over the ‘youngsters’ working at the ‘genius’ station. Thank you so much again. Would highly recommend.”

“They had the best mac available for hire that could be delivered outside of London. In the end we didn't need it but paid anyway in good faith because delivery had already been arranged. However when their delivery company let them down they agreed to refund the hire fee, which they did immediately. It is good to know that their service exists.”
