“Slow delivery”

“packing quality was so poor. I cut the box with scissor and accidentally cut my jacket through the box. normally jacket should have been covered with paper or plastic bag but there was nothing protect jacket.”

“Nice shirt. Downside: it was not clean, not protected by any plastic bag. Thrown in a paper bag....and send off. You should treat your new customer better !”

“Though I liked the jacket and that it was genuine and came through pretty quickly. I noticed that it wasn’t really deadstock. Someone has worn it before and it gives an odour that leaves my eyes itchy. Plus the fleece on it has discolourings with different other parts of the fleece. All in all it’s ok but I’m really not happy with the hygiene of this jacket as it’s dirty.”

“It used to be normal, but has recently deteriorated. He began to send after a week, in general the parcel began to lie as much in time in the warehouse as when I receive it at the post office in my country. And the boxes came in a scabby condition and torn.”

“Great service. However one pair of trainers I bought had defects and were not perfect. I was offered a £25 partial refund which I was happy with. All in all I will be using wellgosh in the future.”

“Service is great with always quick dispatch and great returns service. My only comment when ordering with Wellgosh is that every time I've ordered items are not packaged in individual bags and all items are just thrown in a plastic bag all together. The result of that is that they always arrive squashed and if the external bag gets damaged the items inside will definitely get damaged.”

“You need to upgrade the quality of the boxes that you are using to double box trainers. My adidas Brussels box was absolutely battered. This is a MAJOR issue for the people buying to collect.”

“service is not great. delivery fast but i had asked for a size replacement that i saw was available and was given a refund instead saying it wasn’t available (minus the £5 which I am guessing was delivery that isn’t refunded?). i then had to buy it again in the smaller size I had requested on the exchange form. So overall, really not happy about wasting time re-ordering and being charged an extra £5 for delivery but due to speedy delivery by DPD and overall discounted price, I would probably use again.”
