“service is not great. delivery fast but i had asked for a size replacement that i saw was available and was given a refund instead saying it wasn’t available (minus the £5 which I am guessing was delivery that isn’t refunded?). i then had to buy it again in the smaller size I had requested on the exchange form. So overall, really not happy about wasting time re-ordering and being charged an extra £5 for delivery but due to speedy delivery by DPD and overall discounted price, I would probably use again.”

“I recently placed an order and made an error that would require a refund. It was a Sunday, and the offices were closed; however, I sent an email explaining my mistake and requested a refund and was delighted to receive an email early Monday morning from PayPal notifying me of the refund, plus an email from Wellgosh letting me know it had been done. Great service!”

“Very disappointed when I received the parcel. The garment is packed so poorly that I even start to doubt whether it is counterfeit or secondhand, let alone the fact thatI have bought items of this brand from a lot of other online retailers and they always go with garment bag and hanger. And the jacket is also a little bit dirty with a small stain on the shoulder. Plus, I paied 200 HKD for the shipping and the Post Service is also bad. I have go to the Post Office to collect the item.”

“Had an issue with a missing item and it was resolved very quickly. The customer service was quite good and they assured me my item would be sent the same day. These things happen with online deliveries and they were very helpful.”
