“Dear wellgosh team. Hello, I'm requesting a refund today as well. I am sending it again because I didn't hear back from you. It's been almost a week, but I'm telling you that it's impossible to track the delivery of the product. I haven't heard from you for a long time, but it's a very unpleasant situation. I can only say that my product was lost or had a problem during the preparation process. Therefore, I order an absolute refund. Regardless of the reason, we will have to give you an unconditional refund without further shipping. I will leave inquiries continuously to hear from you, and if you do not close the contact, I will request a refund through another method.”

“As a Sneakerhead I'm always on the lookout for something new and different and wellgosh, once again, doesn't disappoint. My 'go to' place for hard to find kicks and the best place to grab a great gift for that hard to buy for someone that we all know. Website is so easy to navigate and, if you get a chance, check out the Leicester store as the staff are great. I'll be the six foot Rastafarian with dreadlocks to the floor and four boxes of killa kicks in my arms.”

“I ordered a water bottle for a holiday and paid for standard delivery. After not receiving the package, I had to follow up with the company twice before the bottle was shipped. I had ordered the bottle to take with me on holiday, but as it came around 3 weeks late, I didn't get to use it. The bottle however is exactly what I wanted and I cannot complain about it!”

“I received a product that was completely different from what I ordered. I sent an email immediately, but the reply came four days later. The email said that if I returned the item, I would do the following, but I didn't say that I would bear the shipping cost for the return. I replied that I would like to pay the shipping fee, but I did not receive any reply within 4 days. Why should I pay a high shipping fee to recover the mistake of WELLGOSH when there is no problem here? If you wait a little longer and don't get a response, report the card company as a fraudulent company.”
