“Ended up ordering on the phone with a most helpful lady explaining the offerings on the website. Grateful for that personal touch as I don’t do well with technology stuff. Haven’t received order yet so can’t answer next part. Sorry.”

“I am so grateful to have found Wellness Bakeries. I am dedicated to eating healthy but have felt I had to sacrifice some of my favorites. It is a joy to be able to prepare quick healthy homemade options like pancakes, biscuits and sweet treats and to still eat perfectly healthy. They are true to their word, the ingredients they use are the healthy ones I would choose for myself. Thank you Wellness Bakeries!”

“I want to love this so much but I followed the directions to the letter and the dough was so sticky I couldn’t get it off the parchment to put on the heated stone. After finally scraping off and make shifting it on the stone, very little flavor and cake like after cooking for a long time trying to get it crisp. Any suggestions before I try again?”

Hi Jill - Thank you for your comments. A few things that might help... (1) A bit of oil goes a LONG way (we use olive or coconut oil). We do know the pizza dough can be sticky. Add some oil to the parchment. And drizzle a bit on your hands as well before working the dough. (2) We do not usually remove the dough from the parchment. We slide the dough and parchment together onto the pizza stone for the first back. (3) Here is a video with step by step instructions that might be helpful.

“My new meal plan has me off all wheat, and most sugars. I ordered from wellness bakery because they have bread, pancakes, hot cocoa and brownies that I can eat. They taste great and fill a hole in me I was sorely needing. Thank you.”

“So far, all I have tried is the sweetener they sell and it works well for me. I've tried 6 different kinds of artificial sweeteners and various combinations but they all were lacking. Now I can enjoy sweetness without sugar! Next I intend to try some of their mixes.”
