“I want to love this so much but I followed the directions to the letter and the dough was so sticky I couldn’t get it off the parchment to put on the heated stone. After finally scraping off and make shifting it on the stone, very little flavor and cake like after cooking for a long time trying to get it crisp. Any suggestions before I try again?”

Hi Jill - Thank you for your comments. A few things that might help... (1) A bit of oil goes a LONG way (we use olive or coconut oil). We do know the pizza dough can be sticky. Add some oil to the parchment. And drizzle a bit on your hands as well before working the dough. (2) We do not usually remove the dough from the parchment. We slide the dough and parchment together onto the pizza stone for the first back. (3) Here is a video with step by step instructions that might be helpful.

“I guess I was hoping to find a bread that tastes like the bread I have become accustomed to - like bread in the grocery aisle. Your bread is good, but doesn't taste the same as I was hoping for. It's nothing against you. Your bread is healthy! It is my taste buds. All the grain and gluten bread that I have tried is just too heavy.”

“I am looking forward to trying your product, Miracle Bread. I've had it for a while now and have been unable to make it because I cannot find a 7.5" X 3.75" loaf pan anywhere. Is it possible you could have added a little more ingredient so that a standard size pan could be used? Thx Steven”

“I was unhappy that sweetener is required for most recipes of the mixes and your proprietary sweetener blend is not available. I think it should be included in the mix, and if not, the need and unavailability should be announced up front, so that folks don’t order mixes they can’t use!”

“The products were good. I was disappointed in how many additional ingredients I needed to add. I personally have cut out the sweets and bread type foods from my diet so I don't have a need for most of these products. When I do want to make something, I have found similar blends in the stores that have met my needs without paying shipping. I would recommend these to any baker who wants to bake healthier versions of foods they love!”
