Hi Doreen – Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear this. We deliver thousands of packages to our customers each month. And while the vast majority of those are delivered with no issues, there are a few rare exceptions where in a package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered. If this happened, we apologize and are happy to make things right. Based on how far back the item was shipped we do not have a record of delivery. Hi - very sorry to hear this. We are always happy to help and occasionally things do get lost in the mail. Our records show a delivery of Divine Cocoa Mix via USPS on May 1st. “The product I ordered was the bread bake mix. I really was looking forward to trying this. I baked it up and could hardly eat it. It had this kind of, for lack of a better word, slimy texture to it that I didn't like at all! And I paid $15 for it! Sorry. I won't be ordering any more products. I'm really disappointed.”

“I will say the company was very pleasant and helpful. Great customer service and free recipes. I am new to this kind of restrictive diet. Everything I made was disgusting and made my whole house smell like eggs. Spent $70. on all that food. Another $40. on all the other ingredients needed to make anything. Wish I hadn't.”

“Made waffles and they stuck to the waffle iron (yes I sprayed before putting batter in). Scraped everything off into the garbage including the rest of the unused product in the bag.. Done!”

It seems it might have been delayed by a day or two (perhaps due to Black Friday / holiday rush). If so, we apologize for any inconvenience. “Most of the recipes called for dairy or coconut milk as a replacement. I made the basic bread with coconut milk and it tasted like coconut which I did not like. I will not purchase again, I'm sorry.”

Hi Shelly! Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear this. We did some checks and we see where your order was from February 19, 2020. At this time we are no longer able to track the package as it been so long. We have no records of you ever reaching out to our customer support team either. “If I had known cream cheese (or sour cream substitute) was part of the batter, I would not have purchased. I tried making the pancakes with something other than those dairy products, did not work. Not a good taste.”
