“Terribly disappointed in the results of the Mix. Following directions the "dough" was always too wet and the product did not taste as I expected. Taste was so-so. I have tried different recipes using products from scratch and the appearance is much better but again the taste is so-so.”

Hi Edna! Thank you so much for your feedback. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. At checkout, it was stated that our bake books are digital. They are constantly being updated with new content and as a result, they are only available as digital copies. You can downlaod them and store them on your smart devices (mobile or computer) where you would be able to have access any time even without an internet connection. You can even print out recipes for when you are ready to use them. I do see where we sent you instructions on how to download the books. Please let us know if you need any further help with doing so. “Tasted terrible. Consistency was not bad but we very much prefer "Against The Grain" and Canyon Harvest frozen bread to your product. Sorry but keep the coupon. We will not be purchasing this again!”
