“so far, I’m impressed! One negative is the use of erithritol as a swetener, as many react to it with diarreah. There is a product called Just Like Sugar that is much safer, made if inulin fiber. It matches recipes cup for cup in quantities required. Found on Amazon.”

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you! As for inulin, we like the ingredient and have used it in our home for years. However, because it is a pre-biotic fiber, many people experience bloating and gas (especially those with SIBO). For this reason we discontinued its use in our products. The symptoms you mention about erythritol are VERY rare. Most people consume it in just about any quantity with no digestive discomfort.
