“I like the bread, however, I thought it was keto friendly but it has 16 grams of carbs in each thin slice. Love the taste - don't want the carbs.”

Hi Sharon - Thank you for your review. However, we must point out that your assertion is incorrect. This bread is designed to be very low in carbs and actually meets the ketogenic macronutrient ratio. The correct carb count for Miracle Bread is 3g per serving.

“I liked the Miracle Mix to make waffles....that's all I made as the recipe was on the package. I also bought the bread mix but have yet to use it. I thought I had ordered the recipe books for those two mixes, but didn't go thru. I'll try again....Probably me!”

“I'm a new customer and am very excited to have found your products. My daughter became disabled in a car accident 11 years ago and one of my biggest challenges is keeping her weight under control, since she is in a wheelchair a great deal of the time. On top of that, she loves sugar cookies, muffins and pumpkin bread. For several years I've been trying different recipes for sugarless sugar cookies and have struck out. Besides, the carbs were always high, even when the sugar was low. Your products provided the solution we were looking for! She’s already lost so much in life. I hated taking away the foods she loves too. Your motto, “Have your cake and be well too!” is perfect. Thank you!”

“My husband is not Paleo/Primal (or even health conscious) so it makes things difficult. That said, he's enjoyed everything I've made as well as his very non-health conscious family. “You really find out about a company when you’re faced with a problem. I did have an issue with their Better Brownies mix. I posted my not-so-great results on my Facebook page. Wellness Bakeries contacted me immediately to find out what they could do to help. They offered several options and let me choose to have a new mix sent to me free of charge. I just wanted people to know that Wellness Bakeries is a great company to do business with. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and products!”

“I discovered Wellness Bakeries through US Wellness Meats about a year ago. I had to change to a Paleo diet after 34 years vegetarian/Pescatarian. I developed a nodule on my thyroid, turning me hyperthyroid (and also had an overabundance of heavy metals). It appears my body did not want to be vegetarian, as I forced it to be. My body is very happy now as a Paleo/Raw foodist. I had to totally remake my diet to give up high-glycemic foods such as fruits (except berries), dairy, all grains, legumes and caffeine. What an experience and education this has been!! This was a huge challenge for me, and I really missed not being able to have something as a treat. Needless to say, I was very happy to find Wellness Bakeries!”

“I just recently ordered from your company. The high cost of the product, initially, kept me from ordering sooner. However, going grain-free and sugar-free has been a challenge. I was looking for something that would let me have a treat, without blowing my new way of eating. I’ve tried your chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies, and ginger cookies. The flavor and texture are great! Texture in grain-free, sugar-free products is usually crumbly and mealy. Your products are exceptional and I will be trying other products and reordering the ones I have already tried. Thanks!”

“I've lost over 100 pounds in the past year and have another 15-20 to go before reaching my goal weight. I've learned a lot about how sugar and carbs affect the body and am SOOOOOOOO happy to now see your website offering decadent desserts without the high cost of sugar on the system.
