“Very helpful staff, ordered the wrong size first time round & the size I needed weren't available. I was dealing with Jason who assured me that the correct size shoes were due back in the following week & to send back the ones I had. The correct size shoes were shipped a few days later at no extra cost & arrived much quicker than expected. Excellent service & will definitely use again.”

“Bought a Scott 740 Scale 2016 in Sept. Great price. Sent within days of purchase. Issue with Rideloc for front suspension. But Westbrook arranged for uplift, repaired and offered return or refund. Opted for return. They also sent a pair of V12 flats pedals for free for inconvenience. Great service, prompt responses to emails and generous compensation for mishaps. Highly recommended company.”
