“I bought a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbone wheels, I received excellent service and the price was very reasonable. The wheels are awesome, so all in all I'm one happy customer and will be recommending Westbrook Cycles to my cycling chums.”

“Westbrook were super helpful, I do not tend to write reviews but I really wanted to say how excellent the service was. The SRAM tech is great too but a shame they don't sell the springs separately (other than in bulk) as that is all I needed. Westbrook rock.”

“The only bike I could find in stock in the whole country. Great up to date website. Got a call to verify internet order was received and that it was indeed in stock. Delivered super quick. Staff were very helpful on the phone when I needed a little assistance in setting the bike up. The bike itself was very well packaged for delivery too. A very happy customer.”

“Great bike for the money-had a money off coupon which made it even better. Bike was delivered in 3 days partially built as nearly all new bikes are nowadays however the bike was in tiptop shape. Brakes and gears didn't need any adjustment as they often do when they are set up in the factory.”

“Very knowledgable and helpfull LBS. They're not in a rush to sell you the most expensive gear, unless that's what you're after, and recommend gear more suited to you're ability/budget. My goto shop over online retailers and I know I'm lucky to have such a good LBS on my doorstep.”

“Good service, good product range and good prices. Only issue was that the delivery information I received was incorrect. I was told the goods would be dispatched by DPD and received a delivery date and tracking information. However on the day the goods were due to be delivered, I was emailed by DPD who said they had not received the package and therefore delivery could not be made. However, when I got home, the delivery had been made but it seems to have been delivered by Royal Mail. So there was a bit of confusion with the delivery but everything else was fine.”
