“Great service, I rang for some information and the guy I spoke to was helpful and informative, the online order process is easy and the knee pads arrived within two days. Ordered the Dainese trail skins knee pads that I used this weekend, great fitting pad and comfortable enough for long days on the bike, great product”

“I am new to Westbrook cycles, but have used them twice. My first purchase was a bike that was at a price that looked too good to be true but wasn't. It was delivered within a couple of days and had been put together beautifully. I then wanted to buy a spare mech hanger for it so e-mailed them to ask which one I needed. There was a little confusion initially from them, but I got the correct one in the end. That being said, they replied to my e-mails the very same day on each occasion and was apologetic about the initial mistake. All in all my experience with Westbrook cycles was a very positive one and I would definitely use them again.”

“Saw a frame at a sale price - phoned to confirm availability and to cover some technical details. Staff were informed and helpful - price was excellent and frame received was well packaged and rides really well. Overall very good service and prompt efficient delivery (free).”

“Westbrook is not my local bike shop - I stumbled across them when looking for some new wheels. They were competitively priced, and when my LBS sold out of what I was after I contacted Westbrook. they were very helpful in answering my questions, did a really good price on the product, shipped the goods very promptly and generally gave great service. I would highly reccomend for e-comm purchases.”

“This is one of my local bike shops. I have recently been looking for a new road bike and after visiting this shop and doing some research I returned to purchase a scott speedster. The service given was excellent and the price could not be beaten. Granted it was last years model but I am delighted with it. I was not pressured by the staff and was left to make my mind up. I also purchased some pedals and cycle shoes. Obviously the bike was not overly expensive there were many more expensive bikes in the shop but I was treated most courteously without being pressured into buying a dearer bike. They listened and advised. Highly recommended. Well done guys”
