“Westbrook is not my local bike shop - I stumbled across them when looking for some new wheels. They were competitively priced, and when my LBS sold out of what I was after I contacted Westbrook. they were very helpful in answering my questions, did a really good price on the product, shipped the goods very promptly and generally gave great service. I would highly reccomend for e-comm purchases.”

“This is one of my local bike shops. I have recently been looking for a new road bike and after visiting this shop and doing some research I returned to purchase a scott speedster. The service given was excellent and the price could not be beaten. Granted it was last years model but I am delighted with it. I was not pressured by the staff and was left to make my mind up. I also purchased some pedals and cycle shoes. Obviously the bike was not overly expensive there were many more expensive bikes in the shop but I was treated most courteously without being pressured into buying a dearer bike. They listened and advised. Highly recommended. Well done guys”

“Looking for an after market wheelset for my work bike. Have used Mavic before and know they are well built wheels, found these on Westbrook cycles at such a great price it was a no brainer to buy. Both wheels and service from shop are great.”

“ordered 2 helmets one a poc trabec the other a poc race trabec. fast delivery one problem sent 1 of them the wrong item. phoned up and bare in mind it was busiest time of year xmas week I was told on phone they would send correct one in post. boom within 24 hrs I had what I ordered at there cost and they refunded my return postage as well . what company does this none fact !!! . well one does Westbrook did cant stress enough how awesome the customer service is I hadn't even returned the wrong helmet and my original order was on its way. this is my 1st experience with Westbrook but certainly wont be my last. and the price was better than others too. well done to Westbrook keep up the good work from one very satisfied customer.”
