“ordered 2 helmets one a poc trabec the other a poc race trabec. fast delivery one problem sent 1 of them the wrong item. phoned up and bare in mind it was busiest time of year xmas week I was told on phone they would send correct one in post. boom within 24 hrs I had what I ordered at there cost and they refunded my return postage as well . what company does this none fact !!! . well one does Westbrook did cant stress enough how awesome the customer service is I hadn't even returned the wrong helmet and my original order was on its way. this is my 1st experience with Westbrook but certainly wont be my last. and the price was better than others too. well done to Westbrook keep up the good work from one very satisfied customer.”

“Extremely happy. Helmet wasn't available in size L so I called the store. They realized that that size was actually currently available at the manufacturer so they told me to wait five minutes so they could place an order with the manufacturer and show that size as available on their own website. Went back on their website a little while later and there it was, shown as available, so that I was able to place my order. I received it in a few days. I love this make-it-happen attitude! Thank you!”
