“First phoned direct to enquire on stock. Prompt pick up and excellent response to enquiry. Advised 48 hours delivery at standard p&p. Sure enough, delivery was within time committed. Recommend retailer anytime. Well done to the Westbrook team”

“Very satisfied. I was considering buying the bike from Evans cycles until i saw Westbrook had the same bike considerably cheaper. I bought the bike on the Wednesday and by the weekend Westbrook had a weekend promotion on the bike where the bike was reduced a further £50, when i contacted them they instantly refunded the extra discount. I received the bike on the Monday and haven't looked back. Would definitely buy from them again. Great customer service, cheapest prices i've seen on the web and quick delivery.”

“Original product broken in post. Phoned them up, sent them a picture, they sent me a new one. No hassle having to return the broken original. Great service, would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Westbrook were super helpful, I do not tend to write reviews but I really wanted to say how excellent the service was. The SRAM tech is great too but a shame they don't sell the springs separately (other than in bulk) as that is all I needed. Westbrook rock.”

“A great buying experience with Westbrook from start to finish. I spoke with one of the staff on chat a few times before ordering. Bought an Evoc protector backpack, and Westbrook were cheaper than any other online retailer. Delivered quick too. Thanks guys!”
