“Not really related to your store but rather the quality of the clothing. The shirt that i ordered was $40 but was made very cheaply and its ugly. I would send it back but that would cost almost half of what i paid for the shirt. I am extremely disappointed.”

“Western Soul has some beautiful clothing. My problem is that nothing fits when I buy online. I had to return my top and it ended up costing me $15 ($5 to ship to me and $10 to ship back) just to try a shirt on! I will not do that again. There are places that will let you exchange for no additional charge.”

“I love your tops! They are bright, lightweight, and stylish! I have contacted you about exchanges and you were super nice & helpful. I find the way you explain the size so easy to choose which size I need. So I have shirts that run from small to medium to large depending on the fit. And, I intend to have more!”

“I bought 2 pairs of jeans. One flare and one trouser jean. The flare was MUCH more flared than I expected but I didn’t hate it, so I kept them. However, I bought the same size in both and the trouser jean didn’t fit so I had to send them back. Overall a decent experience so far. Hopefully my return goes through with no problem.”
