Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’ve looked into your return and I can confirm that everything has been handled through our standard RMA process. This is the same process used by most online retailers.
We ask customers a couple of simple questions when a return is requested, as it helps us understand the reason behind it (for example: colour differences, material expectations, delivery issues, or quality concerns). This isn’t to slow things down it’s genuinely so we can keep improving our products and service.
I’ve checked your case personally, and all messages were responded to promptly with no delays on our side. Your return approval is already in progress, and we’re just waiting for the final step to complete.

For the customer, it was taking a gamble. If it hadn't been for the fact that one of my chilren wanted it in preefence to other options, I wouldn't have bought anything from Where Saints Go because of the lack of adequate data and description.”

Assembly instructions for this bed are provided, though we appreciate they are not in the same step-by-step style you might find from flat-pack specialists such as Ikea. That said, the assembly is straightforward, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear before your purchase.
