“Beautiful Fuji dining table arrived quickly. Lovely product. Easy to assemble (although really needs 2 people as the stone top is heavy). Good table top size at 1m diameter which works well in my small kitchen. Very well packaged, although in spite of this both boxes were quite badly damaged on delivery. Product safe inside. Delivery people were not particularly helpful but did take photos of damage. It would have helped if they had made any effort to deliver boxes the correct way up as per the arrows on the boxes! As I hadn't unpacked the product at that point, I refused to sign to say product was undamaged. Fortunately all is good.
I love WSG products for their quirkiness and good value for money. I am a repeat customer and expect to buy again from the company in future.”

We're sorry to hear that you feel the seat is firmer than you were expecting.
Comfort is very subjective, and what one person finds comfortable, another may find too firm or too soft. As a retailer, we have to offer products that cater to a wide range of customer preferences.
Chairs of this style are intentionally manufactured with a firmer, more supportive seat cushion. This is designed to provide better support over time and help the cushion retain its shape, rather than allowing it to soften or sag quickly through regular use. Many customers also find that the cushioning becomes slightly more supple with normal use.
I do appreciate that the level of firmness may not suit your personal preference, and I'm sorry if the chair has not met your expectations.
If the chair is otherwise in new, unused condition and you have all original packing and boxes and is within our returns period, I'd be happy to discuss the available options with you. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
