“There unfortunately was a significant delay due to sipping issues. There was a subsequent delay where DPD tried to deliver to them pick up shop. I queried this with DPD they assured me it would be fine then sent the goods back to where saints go. I would suggest that where saints go speak with DPD and develop an arrangement which overrides pick up at a local pick up shop (other businesses do this). It led to a further delay - due to be coming today hopefully 🤞.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. Receiving anything less than a perfect, brand new product is unacceptable, and I completely understand your disappointment.
We do have strict quality and condition checks in place for all returned unused items before they are ever sent out again. In this instance, it’s clear that those checks were not carried out to the standard we expect, and that is absolutely our mistake. We are truly sorry that this resulted in you receiving a chair that was not in the condition you should rightfully expect from us.
As you are already aware we have arranged a collection and full efund for you, but appreciate that this doesn’t undo the inconvenience or frustration caused. Please be assured that we do not sell used or second hand furniture as new, and we are reviewing this incident internally to ensure this does not happen again.
