For the customer, it was taking a gamble. If it hadn't been for the fact that one of my chilren wanted it in preefence to other options, I wouldn't have bought anything from Where Saints Go because of the lack of adequate data and description.”

Assembly instructions for this bed are provided, though we appreciate they are not in the same step-by-step style you might find from flat-pack specialists such as Ikea. That said, the assembly is straightforward, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear before your purchase.

While the delays were largely due to unforeseen issues with the container from our overseas supplier, we know that doesn't lessen the inconvenience on your end.
