Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’ve looked into your return and I can confirm that everything has been handled through our standard RMA process. This is the same process used by most online retailers.
We ask customers a couple of simple questions when a return is requested, as it helps us understand the reason behind it (for example: colour differences, material expectations, delivery issues, or quality concerns). This isn’t to slow things down it’s genuinely so we can keep improving our products and service.
I’ve checked your case personally, and all messages were responded to promptly with no delays on our side. Your return approval is already in progress, and we’re just waiting for the final step to complete.

“I have no issues with the company but have regrettably still not received my furniture as the courier company (DX Express) have let me down on two occasions about the delivery. This has now been resheduled for 27th November”

“Hey The stool arrived damaged and marked. One of the feet had broken off so it was uneven, Emailed yourselves and a replacement was being sent in the post, although I don't see what good that would do as the other feet have been fixed while being made. A refund was offered, but I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle. The broken foot has been glued and so far holding out.”
