“Online purchase is easy as are returns, a returns label is in your parcel so no qr codes to navigate. Clothes are always well made and true to size. Their shops are always well stocked and tidy. The staff are helpful and advise without being pushy.”

“Delivery is speedy, but it is annoying when staples are out of stock early in the season (I am thinking ribbed polo in A/W). Petite trousers can be variable, sometimes annoyingly long, but the linen ones were perfect for me (I am 5'4")”
