“Bought 2 lots of led tape lights, aluminium profiles and 2 led dimmable transformers. There was a slight delay in deliver and no instructions for a novice installer but other wise all good”

“easy ordering,however a member of staff forgot to order goods from Cyprus,and therefore delivery was extended,but in saying that goods were then overnighted to meet my delivery deadline,and the staff dealing with that were very understanding and dillgent,so at the end of the day its ok,but the member of staff in qustestion need a knuckle wrapped”

“Light's were great, great value for money. However paid for the next day delivery which I didn't get. They arrived a couple of days later. I was promised a refund for the delivery but never received it.”

“The bulbs work fine,nice and bright,i went for the cool white and they give you a clinical type of light,which if your eyesight is not as good as it should be they help a lot.As for the company,well they would get a no star rating,took 2 months to arrive,although was told when placing the order that they were in stock,i had to make the phone calls to find out what was happening,the staff were'nt very helpful,had to phone again weeks later,to be told they were on order from China,would'nt have minded if i was told this in the first place but i was told the exact opposite,in stock and in China are worlds apart.”

“Light arrived on time , easy to fit , but came with no instructions , how to adjust length of time light was on. in fact no instructions at all . common sense not as common as expected for all”

“If you use 24 hr delivery at £2.99, make sure wholesale L.E.D have the goods in stock at the time of ordering. Because 24 hr delivery starts after wholesale L.E.D have received the goods from suppliers; this could be up to 5 days. The goods I received are good quality and I have not been disappointed with them. I just had a problem understanding how I could pay £2.99 for 24 hr delivery and still not have them 3 days later....”

“Very helpful chap on the phone when I did not understand the different bulb options. Order placed on the phone and delivered quickly, although I had requested delivery after a certain date, as we would be away, and this was ignored, leading to two "you were out when I delivered" cards. Lights little used so far but look good in position.”
