I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my recent order. My package was not delivered because my house number was missing. WLED has stated that they don’t know what went wrong, even though they sent the package. Royal Mail is now returning it to them. I was in contact with a representative named Karan M, who informed me that I need to pay for the items again and that I will only receive a refund once the package is returned to you. He also mentioned that this process could take months. This is completely unacceptable. If the issue was due to an error on WLED’s part, I should not have to pay again while waiting for a refund. I expect a prompt resolution and a fair approach to this situation. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be purchasing from WLED again

I lost $440,000 in BITcoin when my cryptocurrency investment fell into the wrong hands, and I was taken advantage of during the time. Terrible experience. Took more than a month for them to deliver my product and when it did show up, it was the wrong one! Customer service were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard in sorting this.

I ordered 40 GU10 7 bulbs which were delivered as agreed. these were for a large rewiring project in the living area of a barn. they were fitted over the next month. As soon as the lights started to be used the bulbs began failing. initially I replaced with spares. then called the company who said that they had had a batch with aprrox 50% failure rate, the later denied saying this. they sent a returns label and replaced the 9 failed bulbs and provided a few spares. the bulbs continued to fail and I was forced to insist on replacement and a return label which they were unwilling initially to provide. the bulbs continue to fail and most recently 1 of 4 bulbs in a double height vault. this cannot be replaced without a scaffold tower. the lights are stated to have a life of 15,000 hours and they are failing in less than 100 hours. the company has said I must return the bulb before it is replaced. they will not offer a return label. They suggest I can purchase more bulbs before sending back the faulty items. they have aid that the returned faulty bulbs will be examined for faults but they are unable to give any information concerning this. The product is useless and the returns policy a nonsense. do not buy from them.

I ordered 3x12v lights, instead 3 completely different lights (240v) were dispatched. These were returned for a full refund, which has not been honoured. The company refuse to refund the delivery charge. Even their website states to return "for a full refund - no questions asked". Their first attempt at a refund was a completely wrong amount, their second attempt has omitted the delivery charge. I certainly wouldn't deal with this company again.

Terrible company, do not buy from here, I have about 20 LED light fittings which due to the size I can't change, they fail regularly and WLED aren't interested in fulfilling the warranty so I've had to buy spares, these come incomplete, missing wires and you are told they are short staffed and can't deal with you and eventually you have to buy the missing bits from them. Best to find another reputable supplier.

Wrong quantity of led tape delivered, customer service told me I had ordered incorrectly. Could have purchased items received for less than half price locally & I wouldn’t have waited 10 days for it!! #Won’t buy here again#

WLL we’re very good on product and price but they use FedEx for delivery……they are awful. Stayed in for the delivery as advised by FedEx on their tracking….nothing. Stayed in next day ….nothing. 3 days later the parcel was delivered and the tracking still said it was out for delivery 4 days earlier. I won’t use WLL again as long as they’re using FedEx. I recommended WLL to a neighbour who experienced the same and I thought it was a one off. Checking on line FedEx are rated extremely poor by 95% of customers.

Very poor packaging, woefully inadequate for the items being sent. You have to also chase for orders to be sent after no movement for a week.

Ordered x 6 600x600 LED panels. Was given FedEx tracking details. Waited in on the first day that I was told they would arrive - nothing, and was unable to track the shipment. Then was told they would be there the next day. waited in again - nothing. Rang customer support who blamed FedEx (I did not order from FedEx, I ordered from Wholesale LED). I was told there was nothing they could do and wait! I was offered replacement panels to be sent out but due to the very poor customer service, and time wasted, I had little confidence in this company. Cancelled my order as this company could not deliver on the agreement. I will not be using this company again.

If a product is not in stock, customers should be told. When a replacement was ordered and was marked as urgent then not sent out, that's poor. Good arrived too late to do the job...

Staff I spoke with were great but this whole transaction (had 2 before) was a disaster. On line chat let me down 3 times, email wasn't answered. One guy found the missing supplier order issue, followed up and gave me a timeline, great (I'm flexible for this order). Next guy said no such issue, they in stock so shipped them. The 1m led channel cover was bent into a jiffy bag and the permanent crease was just before the cut point so it's now deformed in place. It took weeks. The discount didn't cover the whole basket (no text to support that and no replies to my enquiries). Sorry to leave such a response but you need to tidy this to be a great supplier. Oh I communicated using all 3 below but it says I can't say that.
