“my only quip is that we were not told of the noise these bulbs generate. It can be intrusive when reading. However I'm sure it is something we'll get used to. Otherwise we were impressed by the speed at which out order arrived. The box in which came was damaged which may have been why one of the bulbs blew the minute it was turned on.”

“Very please, not fitted yet, but they look good. Shame you don't list you products including vat, thought they were a little cheaper till vat went on, I know you must deal with the trade, but I bet a good number are not, so maybe show with and without.”

“Issue with the original order of G9 LEDs as they did not appear to dim. Replacements were sent out and the original ones replaced, however these didn't work either. After a long time researching the issue it has become apparent that dimmers require different operating loads, The LightWaveRF dimmers require a minimum of 10watts 2 x G9s rated at 2w would never be able to be dimmed. This is a widespread problem and something should be put on the website advising of this.”
