“The service was excellent but unfortunately the led bulb purchased did not provide enough light making it impossible to read. I had to remove the new fitting and replace it with the old one and a 100w spotlight bulb.”

“Quick delivery and a great price but best of all the service is awesome. I ordered 5m of LED strip light and requested it cut at specified lengths, it was supplied exactly as requested with soldered cables on each length ready for connection. Thank You”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was very timely... But the product arrived bent like a Banana. It was two one meter lengths of Aluchannel for LED lights, managed to straighten them but you need to review how you ship this stuff. That's all.”

Hello Hugh, I believe you have been speaking to one of our customer service advisers regarding this but I though I would respond to your review as well. We usually send profiles in poster tubes so ensure this very thing doesn't happen - we are investigating why the profiles were packaged differently on this occasion and will be taking steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. “Pros: Good service, good website, great delivery, good product. Good quality. Cons: Would have liked to see a picture of the face of the bulb before buying. I wish the lights were a warmer colour; warm white is still vEry white. Overall very satisfied and would buy again!”

“Good service. Received bulbs quickly on standard postage with no breakages and all working. illumination not quite up to the replaced halogen bulbs. A little more shadowy. looking forward to the energy saving!!!! 6 bulbs replaced overall - happy at this stage”

“Unfortunately these "50 watt - 4 watt" LED light bulbs do not give the same illumination as the 50W Halogen fittings and were returned. They were not suitable for Kitchen use. Pity as the energy savings would have been substantial.”

On this occasion we feel that an incompatible transformer(s) could have been to blame - diminished light output is a common symptom of incompatibility, as is flickering. “The advice given over the phone was very helpful. There was a delay in getting the exact items we wanted but were kept informed and so this was not a problem. The Items all work very well and the advice given made fitting and assembly easy. And the lights look really great!!”

“The Light is fantastic. Put it above my bath and the Kids love it. Only down side is the white light isn't that bright if your looking for an out and out replacement for a halogen.”
