order parts and arrived on time.although some parts have been damaged by the Courier. When I phoned to report the damage they sent new parts out by the same day. Great Service.

The product was as expected, was a delivery issue with the courier and the team went the extra mile to ensure my lost package was replaced very quickly responding to my web queries within an hour as promised. As for the garage and bathroom lights, they look great, the Q-Line 75W Linear LED Fitting 1800mm lights up my double garage a treat !

I had a problem with panel lights in my kitchen, so much so that the new panel didn't fit the older frame that I had purchased some time ago. I contacted Customer Services and Sydney informed me that the depth of the new panels had changed. He was more than helpful to sort out my problem and I'm now awaiting a replacement deeper frame under guarantee. The level of service was superb, pleasant, and efficient. Why isn't Customer Service always like this? Well done Sydney at WLED!

The stock was readily available and was delivered very quickly. The customer service was exceptionally good. I have immense praise for a young man called Dan Blinov who I dealt with a couple of times and he was extremely helpful, polite and who dealt with my queries with understanding. I would strongly recommend the quality of service and products that I have purchased for this supplier.

I was doubting in using this company as for the many reviews but still ordered downlights and got a call from the customer services next day saying that there will not be enough in stock and they are coming in long time so they were quick and helpful at finding me even a better product that they even don’t even sell on the website but a supplier had! Delivery said it will take a week but arrived in two days! Best service attempting beyond possible to help!! Definitely will come back!!!

Despite a damaged item, which wasn't wholesale LED lights fault - it was quickly and effortlessly replaced without question. Highly recommended. So much so I purchased another £600+ of lights from them

Ordered a few outdoor LED sensor floodlights. Terrific product. We had some trouble with the delivery (some lights missing) but Sydney promptly put it right. Note that "next day" shipping refers to next day after product is determined to be in stock (not the day after you order). ...would use WLED again.

I ordered some switched. One turned out to be the wrong type but Sydney sorted the problem efficiently without fuss. Correct item supplied and the other collected. Full marks Wled.

I highly recommend WLED, I have bought from them several times over recent years and always found them incredibly helpful, happy to talk to you and very knowledgeable, answering any questions you might have, the orders are processed and dispatched very quickly, added to that, fantastic aftersales service. Will happily deal with them again and again, plus recommend to friends and family.

Order arrived on time. Unfortunately 3 bulbs broken in transit. Email was answered within 12 hours, and after supplying photographic evidence of the damage, three new bulbs were dispatched and i received them the next day. Totally painless experience. Maybe some more "Fragile" tape on packaging would stop the carrier being so careless.

Problems with lights not interested! Day light robbery.... still waiting on a replacement light from November.. you keep getting told it’s been sent out express. Where is it then. Keep clear

Two of 14 LED Bulbs had there locating pins pushed into the bulb. Apparently I have to spend my money to send them back when it obviously a manufacturing problem. Don’t Bother if you expect Service!!! Ps Another bulb has just gone!!

i ordered few lights and paid extra for the next day delivery, and they never arrived, after 8-9 days I called them for an update and they said they are now out of stock, and can't deliver. Poor Communication & Worst customer Service.

Ordered item on the Monday late pm, paid extra for the items than other suppliers because they offered next day delivery, now will not arrive til Friday. Very dismissive - offered pitiful excuses blaming the virus. Terrible service.
