“you sold me lights you never had in stock and took a over a fortnight to get. very disappointed as was my customer, You shouldn't sell products you don't have in stock”

With regards to stock, you are right, the items shouldn't have been available to purchase or at least a member of our customer service team should have been in contact to let you know. We do endeavour to get items to customers as quickly as possible or to offer alternatives where ever items aren't available. Hello Philip, We received the items you returned for exchange. We have actually emailed you a couple of times but haven't had a response. “Ok Website but poor service. Despite paying for fast delivery it took a week to turn up a colour changing bulb I ordered wont respond to the remote. Sent a contact us page email a week ago but no reply yet. No other way of contacting them online as the email for confirmation of order said do not reply...”

Hi Tom, Unfortunately our contact form isn't that reliable - we receive a lot of spam through this channel and it is difficult to monitor it all. In future you can email support@wholesaleledlights.co.uk - you should always get a response. Failing that you can call us directly on 0116 321 4120. “This was the second on-line purchase I have made from Wholesaleledlights and it probably won't be my last. They have a good selection, the (free) delivery was made within 3 working days. This purchase was for 2xMR16 bulbs.”

“Waited a very long time for delivery. It was only when i chased it up that i was told of a delay to specific items. Would have been nice to be told as soon as the delay was known. As to the lights - not easy to know what the milky white is like compared to the other colour. Plus, number of lumens not given so not sure i have bought bright enough. Went to a local supplier who was able to tell me about lumens and how important they were, rather than wattage.”

Hello Evelyn, Thank you for your review and honest feedback. The bulbs shouldn't have been available to buy if they were out of stock. I will get a member of our web team to take a look into this. If the items were out of stock a member of our customer service team should have been in contact to let you know and to offer you alternatives, so I apologise in this instance as well. With regards to the lumens, we do provide the number of lumens for all our product on the website in the product specifications section as well as in the product title (in most cases) and the product description.
