“It took two weeks to complete order, I ordered 4 foot tubes, 5 foot tubes delivered,after returning 5 feet ones, four feet delivered, two out of five were damaged, no strikers sent, two damaged tubes returned, two 4 feet sent along with strikers, arrived today, all working and giving fantastic light, these were the led type. So was the all the effort worth it, yes, the. Ordering system just needs refining. I would use this agent again.”

“Did not specify, on the item page, that a trailing edge dimmer switch would be required and refused to accept that this omission was their responsibility. I will not be using this company again.”

““Next day delivery” took a week. A member of staff I spoke to mixed my order up with someone else’s. The item ordered seems satisfactory - I’ve not seen / used it yet because it’s for somewhere new I’m moving to.”

“Purchased a ceiling light from another company told it was LED dimable fitted not dimming told to buy new switch still not working. Then advised to change bulbs by these guys and they worked first time and are great. Thank you”

“with purchasing an item with that has a paid for 24hr option i had to phone the next day as didn't come in the time period. sp phone call went as follows. They would refund on this ocasion. How kind as it didnt come within this time. I was told that this item was on a three day turn around!! just a quick thing why offer a 24rh service on this item if it takes 3-4 days??? JUST SAYING”

“Still waiting on half the order 3 weeks later. No notifications that deliveries would be late. Have had to call 4 times and counting, each time being assured that the delivery would arrive in the next few days, each time did not (no notifications, have had to chase each time). Emails not being replied to. Has caused disruption with building works due to electrician having to be cancelled/rebooked twice now and counting. Would not recommend.”

“Poor customer service lack of communication a serious issue. Only received my order after I resorted to posting a negative comment on the business facebook page. Waited over a month for my order. Do not recommend and will never buy from here again. I would rate this 0 stars if i could.”
