“I had made an order for 8 x GU10 LED Cool lamps and 3 x Outside up/Down GU10 lights with Lamps. I received my order very promptly and replaced the 8 x GU10 for Warm ones, but when I went to install the outside lights there were no lamps in the box. i have written 2 emails to support and cs at wled and have had no reply. from being a very satisfied customer previously and onkly buying LED lamps from you I will now look elsewhere.”

“Very quick delivery. As I ordered the wrong lights I had to return them for a refund. In the meantime I ordered the correct lights which came the next day. Excellent customer service, very competitive prices. Will use this frim again.”

“I told the company what I wanted to achieve. They prepared a list of items and a quote. I installed the items and when I had a difficulty they were very helpful is assisting me to rectify the problem.”

“Did not receive the switch i wanted to power the lights had to make phone calls to sort out none arrival of switch. The switch I wanted was MSSINGLECOLOURTOUCHWIRELESS @ £58.61 no could sort it out for me and I had to accept a MS12V LED DIMMER WITH REMOTE CONTROL WHICH HAS A VERY LIMITED RANGE ON THE REMOTE”

“Great products at attractive prices with prompt delivery and great service. I would have given the company 5 stars but for the disappointingly short power leads attached to the Infinity LED floodlamps. That created some installation headaches that could have been avoided if they were 150mm longer.”

“This is a review of the catastrophic service received from WLED. We've made an order of £67 worth of led bulbs and a dimmer switch on the 28th of November 2017. By the 4th of December, we had not received any item. We called the company and they said it is up to the Royal Mail to deal with our complaint. We called the Royal Mail and they said they can't give us any other reassurance for the time being. If you really need to order bulbs we strongly recommend to read this review first. There are high probabilities you will end with no bulbs and no one else to help you recovering neither the bulbs nor the money spent.”
