“I'm not impressed, I ordered 2 LED bulbs following on from installing 3 others that I had previously purchased. You have taken my payment and then a day later sent ma an email stating that they are not in stock , no expected delivery date whatsoever. How long do I have to wait???”

“From the start this was a very good experience. The website was clear and informative, giving useful guides to equivalent lighting power, colour temperature etc. When the LED lights arrived they were well packaged and look to be well made. They are giving excellent performance.”

“I was fed up of replacing my blown lamps. So i took a chance by replacing them with LED's. The lamps were a lot brighter than expected. so much so that I have now ordered more for the other rooms. The price of the lamps was good and delivery was faultless. Thank you.”

“Just great. I bought a handful of LED bulbs to replace some ailing low-energy ones. Great product, arrived quickly, at a reasonable price. Can't believe they offer 5 year warranty as well - although of course I hope I won't need to make use of it.”

“I changed my lighting to mains fed GU10 fittings. I ordered ten GU10 5watt LED lamps for my new kitchen. Delivery was quick. Now installed, the kitchen is brighter. Plus point is that equivalent light level is 500watt used power only 50 watt, no brainer I will be ordering more!!!”

“THe new G9 Led bulb is too large for most of my existing fittings, so while it was a great bulb, I wish it could be smaller...”

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your honest feedback. This is a problem with LED lighting technology in general at the moment. Creating an LED bulb that is both bright and compact is still a bit difficult, especially as there are a lot more components that need to be accommodated, such as drivers and heat sinks. We do make the dimensions of our bulbs available to our customers and always advise if they are larger than a standard halogen replacement so they know before they buy. We also now do a couple of more compact G9s that are a similar size to a standard halogen G9. Thanks again for the feedback. Wholesale LED Lights
