“Self adhesive strips did not self adhere. Having fitted them to the ceiling of my varnished wooden cabinet and completed the electrics, I stood back to admire my work. In the morning, the strips were on the bottom of the cabinet. I had to refix them with an alternative glue. I tried to contact customer services for advice but had to hold for too long and gave up. Not happy,”

“The website is good, easy to select the type of fitting required but best to phone your order through as the availability or specification of the lamp may have changed since the website was updated. The sales team can give advice on which variant is most appropriate for your situation. The lamp arrived next day although only standard despatch had been chosen. A problem with a previous order was compensated for by a discount on this order.”

“Rubbish. Bought 3 products. All faulty. Cost me dear to get electrician to replace units each time. Would WLL pay up? Hell no. Rubbish service. Rubbish products. Had to give them 1 star to get this review on but they deserve minus 5 stars in reality.”

“I have only given 3 stars as the parts are good but the delivery is absolutely rubbish. I have had to let customers down due to not having the materials ordered. I have just ordered a downlight fitting and bulb, paid £5 for delivery and when I received it, 'no bulb' that's just appalling. I'm trying to run a business.”

“Received very promptly. Easy to install but slightly smaller in size than I was anticipating. On the whole a good looking bright product.can’t fault the excellent service of this company. 5 stars all round.”
