“After a lengthy time the product had not arrived. Rang the company and the next day it appeared. Fortunately the product was for personal use and not for a customer. Product as described when it arrived.”

“As a first timer to LEDs and not an electrician, reading around on the site really helped to get an understanding of what to put together. I opted for a kit in the end with the mounting to place it in the skirting for the look I was after. Really chuffed with the speedy service and end result!”

“Ordered strip lights on web site with promised next day delivery. Didnt get them for 3 weeks. I was told this was an issue with quality. Finally got the lights, and I have to say I am very pleased with them. I have now replaced a number of tired fluorescents in my Kitchen. I will use again but will extract a real delivery date next time.”

“Very good product easy to work with and good terminals for cutting and re soldering to get round corners. Unfortunately the 3m tape on them sent up to par with the actual strips and gave way within an hour even though surfaces where cleaned and dried properly as have had issues with similar product in past.”

Hi Thomas, It's good to hear that you liked the LED Strips. Unfortunately we can't ensure the reliability of the adhesive on all surfaces but if you are struggling, we always recommend something like No More Nails to help stick the tape down. Kindest Regards, Richard.

“Very helpful chap on the phone. Order received promptly. I got an electrician to put them up. He would have liked more length of wiring so it took longer to fix but he did it and they give a beautiful light that saves money.”

“These 12W and 6W fittings are very good for there size. Give off a nice even light, and come complete with fitting brackets. i will by one more at a later date for the washroom. If your serious about converting to LED lighting I recommend you go ahead. I did not have to contact anyone but if you are unsure go ahead and ask questions.”
