“Our fault that the 48v drivers were too big to go through the light hole in the ceiling but perhaps you should have warned us that they were very big as you knew we were changing the existing fittings. However your help and advice was excellent and enabled us to attempt this job. Susan”

“Having placed the order on 28th june complete with c/card details I still have NOT recieved my goods. Considering your web page offer of "quick dellvery" after 3 + weeks it is not very good. I did speak to someone on the phone and he was helpful but still no deliverey!!!!!”

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. When you originally placed your order on the 28th June no payment was made, which meant we were unable to dispatch. We did try to contact you regarding this, but were unsuccessful. You eventually called on the 11th July and payment for the order was made. I will apologise for the delay, but without payment we were unable to send the items. The items have now been dispatched and should be with you either today or tomorrow. “I wish i had been informed that the item i ordered was out of stock at the time of purchase, i would have had the option in going somewhere else instead of having to wait for my order to arrive,and i am due to go on holiday in a week time, god knows when i will receive my order. if you are unable to deliver by the 19th of july, i would like a refund.”

“Excellent service, fast turnaround from order to delivery. Product much better then expected Although the information is on the relevant page under "Product description" maybe a small note on the main product page to say "Driver also required see Product description page for details", I think this would assist the new purchaser/1st time visitor Will definitely recommend this company and products”

“My only comment is about the packaging of the product. The lamp was delivered in an ordinary thin padded envelope, quite insufficient packaging I thought, knowing the way many carriers treat their packages in transit. However, surprisingly, the lamp worked when I turned it on.”

“Ordered the lights, you took payment then told me they are not in stock, customer is now left with holes in decking and no lights to go in them. Not happy”
