“Called the order line to make sure I was getting the right bulbs for a fitting and was wrongly advised. Not bothered when I raised this with them. Only get 2 stars for prices otherwise 1.”

“Delighted with end result but if it wasn't for an electrician friend checking my order, I wouldn't have ordered the additional stuff needed. Would have been more helpful if website automatically advised what extras are needed when choosing the light fittings.”

“Very pleased with order process and quick delivery. These were replacing ordinary tungsten fittings with 5 no. 3w dimmable bulbs per light fitting. However, when switched on we get buzzing and flickering on all 4 of the fittings! Any ideas how to rectify this ?”

“Lamps were delivered promptly. I had an issue with the first couple I tried but the people I spoke to when I called were very helpful in investigating the problem. It turned out that the ones I initially tried were faulty and these were then very speedily replaced. Thanks and would use you again.”
