“I ordered quite a few LED lights which came a few days later, the packaging was just a jiffy bag and one of the bulbs was broken. I sent a photo of the broken bulb back to them and they replaced it a couple of days later, no arguments, no hassle, very good service, thanks.”

“Stay well clear of this suppler. Bought 14 lights, 2 didn’t work. Sent them back for replacements. Told me nothing wrong with the lights sent me back the 2 faulty lights and informed me I can’t have refund or replacement lights. Now £42 out of pocket.”

“Ordered two lights ,one was broken ,returned it.When fixing the other light ,that broke in the same place as the returned one .ie: the sensor was loose ,only hanging by the wiring .”

“Bought 5 led bulbs for hall ad stairs gu9 type they arrived very quickly and at a good price. Hardly notice any difference between the old halogen bulbs and new led, well worth the money highly recommend.”

“The lightshade came flat packed and took an hour to put together. End result looked awful and it went straight in the bin!! There should have been forewarning on website that it is intricate to put together at the very least”

“Appalling customer service. My worst ever experience of online purchasing. No order confirmation, inaccurate product description, no confirmation of return receipt and as yet no refund (10 days after return).. not worthy of one star. I will not use this company again.”
