“Wholesale Domestic provided an excellent service, with 1 exception - which appears to be a result of your website not being updated quickly enough. As part of my bathroom refit, the Multipanel panels I ordered (and after submitting the order) weren't available in the sizes I requested - even though your website said they were available. It transpired that they had been discontinued. I was promptly called and told the order couldn't be fulfilled. However, upon my calling multipanel directly, they told me that other panel size configurations were possible. I then called Wholesale Domestic to reconfigure my order. This caused a significant delay. The website and information about product availability needs improved. Regardless, communications from Wholesale Domestic are some of the best I've ever encountered. Excellent updating of information - provided by people who know what they are talking about and speak in plain, clear English. I will recommend Wholesale Direct to anyone requiring bathroom equipment / services. Lastly, why not provide a fully 'in-house' fitting service? That would be the icing on the cake. I am very pleased with my new bathroom. Many thanks, Paul Wilson”

“The service was good, however, the toilet and bath I bought look great but are not easy to use.. The toilet acquires embarrassing stains due to the shape of the squared-off bowl.. which is embarrassing for guests , and the bath with central tap and drain is awkward to use for topping up hot water as it can burn you as it hits your legs and the waste in the centre of the bath pops open is you sit on it .. so, all in all, it was money badly spent .. My old suit was far easier :(”

“My delivery was cancelled and sent to a courier which was incorrect. I then was told that it was being delivered when It never arrived I called and was told it was not being delivered until the following week. After discussing this with the girl she managed to get it delivered that day. I am happy with all my items and would definitely buy from you again.”

“Wall panels I ordered arrived damaged but girls in customer service rectified and had replacements sent the next day. I would say it's just the nature of these items as could see then easily damaged when handled or during delivery.”

“The items I ordered for my new shower and wall panels were all very good, however the instructions were contradicting for the base of the shower tray, one wanted 11mm base the other had 18mm minimum. Also the delivery of some items was not very good, first the wall panels were damaged on the corners, and even the replacements were broken but I managed to use them, Wholesale Domestic were very good to send replacements, but would not recommend their delivery company.”

“Staff friendly and helpful, products reasonably priced. Bit of a pain that you pay in one building but have to go to other building for pick up, especially as road outside collection area is very rough with nails lying about to puncture your tyres!”

Good afternoon. I'm really sorry about the collection area. We attempted to get this renovated recently, however there was a mix up that ended with the roads worse than ever. “I bought some bathroom cabinets and bath panels which were found to be excellent quality and value for money. They arrived well packed and protected. The tall bathroom furniture was pre-assembled and quite sturdy. The white gloss finish was flawless. The customer service desk is good at answering or returning calls promptly. They’re generally good at sending the order confirmation and invoice but could do better with communication when there’s a hiccup (e.g. providing a confirmation email on the agreed corrective action or status). Regarding the courier, it’s frustrating that they don’t provide confirmation of the delivery slot but just randomly turn up when least expected. Overall, I will order from them again.”

“Good price for bathroom stuff, had to return and exchange some products due to needing different sizes but that was all fine as we hadn’t opened any of those packages. The only Dow point is on our shower the plastic holders on the shower are weak and one has broke. All still works fine, just impacts the movement of the shower height.”

“Service in store on the day we ordered I couldn’t fault it and our orders were delivered on time. However on receipt of these orders on different days, goods were badly damaged. After receiving damaged goods a second time I decided to collect the goods my self from the collection store. Goods were fine. I think your delivery company/ drivers have a lot to answer for. Wholesale domestic dealt very quickly with replacements of damaged goods. Just a pity they were damaged in transit.”
