“Half of the goods delivered were smashed to bits, really need to look at your courier service contractors. Thankfully Wholesale replaced the damaged goods without charge, although decided to uplift ourselves this time.”

“Needed a mirror urgently in Edinburgh so ordered on line - sales team were good to advise delivery would not be same day but no problem collecting it from Glasgow warehouse. Sorted.”

“The delivery was prompt . Some parts were missing in the original delivery but the customre service was prompt in getting this delivered to me when i raised the issue with them.”

“Friendly and helpful, reasonable enough prices if you research well. I'm finding the soft close toilet seats break quite easily and there not cheap but they are replaced seemlessly if they are under a year old.”

“Would have been helpful to see a range of shower cubicles laid out side by side showing the different lengths. We have ended up with a cubicle that is adequate but might have been better if another 100mm longer. Otherwise not a bad experience and the best and biggest selection in one location. Delivery came when arranged and nothing missing.”

“Staff were very knowlegable , huge variety of items that could be mixed and matched, i was charged delivery charge but will call them to recify , website says over £500 , my delivery on hold.”

hi, thank you for your review. Just to clarify that the 'free delivery on orders over £500' refers to a kerbside pallet delivery. Looking at your order it looks like you have chosen our upgraded 2-man delivery service. This means that the goods will be taken into your property and placed in a room/s of your choice. You will also receive a call the day before advising of a 3-hour timeslot. With this option we can also get our delivery team to call when en route. “Huge selection of really nice bathroom suites. The staff were helpful. Turns out one of the units we’d ordered was going to be too big and they took it back but we were warned the box it was in would have to be in perfect condition. before they would so be aware. Reasonable prices and the delivery went to the shop where we were able to pick it up. Looks good in situ.”

“Order was missing a few items mainly the actual toilet pan and some wrong drainage items but couldn’t be delivered so had to trail to Glasgow for these ! Staff also never said when buy that the ceiling panels would be too short so they had to be returned lady on phone was brilliant but when returning items and exchanging other depot staff was shocking! Also ordered an extra few items online and went to collect to be told no forklift drive in to come back( drove a distance with a trailer on) so eventually they used airport ladders!! Please with items but customer service leaves a lot to be desired”

“Bought a shower base, doors and wetboard, wetboard arrived damaged at all corners, luckily we had the headroom to cut the damaged parts off, two components missing from the door assemblies, contacted customer services who were very helpful and apologetic, replacement parts were sent and arrived damaged, again contacted customer services who were again apologetic and arranged replacement part. The quality of the bathroom products are excellent, customer serviced and after sales were also excellent, no problem with them at all, they did there best to help. Wholesale Domestic definitely need to review their delivery contractor, it appears that their employees do not take enough care of packages for delivery, this is hurting the reputation of a great supplier.”

“No problem with the quality of goods I received or prompt despatch. The only thing is I didn't get notice of when it was going to arrive it just appeared on my doorstep without warning, if it wasn't for the kindness of the delivery driver I would have been snookered getting it inside the house.”
