“Had a slight problem with missing parts, which I had to travel approximately 20 miles for which I was really annoyed at as it was wholesales fault. I'm glad to say the manager I think ( guy with a beard ) sorted things out and gave me a discount on a bath panel. Impeccable people skills amazing attitude it's guys like this that make businesses work. Thank you to him.”

“Fantastic sales assistant who helped me through my choices and made the whole process so easy. On delivery I had 1 item that was damaged. Contacted the store and advised I could pop in to swap over. The customer service again was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.”
